Product Conditions
Each and every item we receive undergoes rigorous quality inspection before being listed. The items we accept are sorted into the following conditions:
New
Products labeled as "new" are brand-new, unused, unopened, and undamaged items. They come in their original packaging, which should be the same as what is found in a retail store.
Overstock
Overstock items are products that are from previous seasons or in excess of what a retailer or manufacturer needs. These items are brand new and in their original packaging but are sold at reduced prices to clear inventory space.
Imperfect
Imperfects are products that have minor flaws or defects, such as cosmetic blemishes, slight damage, or irregularities. These imperfections do not typically affect the overall functionality of the product. Check out a full criteria of our imperfect products in our FAQs.
Return
These are items that have been returned to the seller after being purchased, and may or may not be in their original packaging. Returns are inspected to ensure they meet certain quality standards before being resold.
