We are constantly receiving new inventory from new and existing brands, and have new product drops every week! Check our Upcoming Drops page to see what’s next on Bazar, you should also follow our Instagram and subscribe to emails to be alerted whenever we have a new product drop!
It’s simple! Once you see a product that you wish to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button. You will receive an order confirmation number and then a shipping confirmation number after your order has been processed and shipped accordingly.
Upcoming drops are products that are not yet available to purchase on our marketplace. We pride ourselves in adding new products in to enhance your sourcing experience on a regular basis. You will be able to see the date they are dropping - so make sure to make an alert so you don’t miss out on this incredible sourcing deals!
For "Fulfilled by Bazar" brands, you can unlock free shipping for mixed carts over $50! Our other brands dictate their own shipping costs, and some brands will have special promotions for free shipping or lower shipping thresholds. We are working with our brand partners to lower this shipping cost and to better the experience for all!
You will be notified when an order is shipped with tracking information. Our brand partners are responsible for directly fulfilling orders and normally fulfill our orders within 7-14 business days.
The shipping cost is to cover the warehouse and fulfillment costs, which is dictated by the brands as everything ships directly from their own facilities. We definitely hear you and are working diligently with our vendors to increase fulfillment efficiency and bring you lower shipping costs.
At the moment, Bazar is only available to US-based customers.
Yes! We will send out occasional promo codes for all accounts that match those needs, and you can also receive unlimited $10 in Bazar credits for each buyer you successfully refer (they also receive $10!). Additionally, if you are interested in buying in larger bulk quantities, please reach out to support@shopbazar.com and we will see if you qualify for a discount to be applied to your entire order.
You can apply coupons during your check-out experience. Once you have added products you wish to purchase into your cart, you can click on your cart icon on the top right-hand corner of your page. After hitting, “Checkout",” you will see a section underneath your grand total: “Have a promo code?” Click on this link and add in your promo code! Congrats on saving even more & sourcing smarter with Bazar.
Yes, Bazar is absolutely free to sign-up, browse products, and shop more sustainably!
We’re sorry you have run into this issue! We make sure that vendors properly list item descriptions and conditions but occasionally mistakes will happen. We will review discrepancies on a case by case basis, so please message us with photo evidence at support@shopbazar.com within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to honor refunds and partial refunds.
We do not process returns nor exchanges due to the steep discount of the products we offer our Bazar buyers. We are finding these products their forever home, so request that you either resell or donate the item if the sizing does not fit.

- Slight Size Variations: Measurements that are slightly off from the standard sizing, but still within a wearable range.
- Minor Stitching Irregularities: Slight irregularities in stitching, including loose threads or minor misalignments.
- Incomplete or Damaged Tags: Tags that are missing, damaged, or have printing errors.
- Packaging Defects: Imperfect or missing packaging, not affecting the product itself.
- Small Stains/Marks/Holes: Minor, barely noticeable stains or marks that may come out with cleaning, and/or tiny snags/holes that do not affect overall garment.
- Mild Odor: A slight odor from storage/manufacturing/try-ons that can be removed with airing or washing.
- Minor Accessory Issues: Missing or imperfect accessories such as buttons, zippers or removable embellishments, provided they do not affect the garment’s functionality.
